The CSR Western Balkans Baseline Study

  • Objective

The objective of this project is to carry out a baseline survey, assessing the level of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices among companies operating in Southeast Europe. Being the first comprehensive CSR study, it will map out CSR activities and companies, including other external stakeholders, and identify capacity gaps and corresponding areas of interventions. Based on the survey, a synthesis report covering all the countries involved will be prepared,  providing not only facts but also deeper analysis at the regional level, using identical methodology to allow for regional comparison and benchmarking. The report’s findings and recommendations will be presented at national seminars in each of the involved countries and at regional conference.

  • Target Countries

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, and Kosovo

  • Duration

November 2007 - July 2008
