4th Regional Workshop on Civil Service Reform in the Western Balkans

This year's Regional Workshop will be held in Zagreb on 17th and 18th November 2009. The main topic of the workshop this year will be 'Managing Performance in the Work of Civil Servants'. Participants will discuss specific issues in relation to the problems and challenges in managing performance of civil servants. Save for the change in the title, the format of the Conference remains the same as in previous years, which means that country presentations will be delivered on the first day, while the second day will be more interactive with group discussions followed by reports and conclusions delivered at the end. Naturally, as this is an annual get together of the HRM CoP members, participants will hear the latest updates on the HRM CoP activities right at the beginning of the second day.
