Major activities

The overall objective of the proposed project is to enhance Hungarian development cooperation with developing and transition countries in close cooperation with UNDP and to promote export of Hungarian expertise and transition experience in line with the Hungarian policy for International Development Cooperation. The project will establish a mechanism for the effective use of the Hungarian expertise and provide for the national capacity building for development cooperation. The project team will work in close cooperation with UNDP, making use of its network of country office, regional programming and long term and strong programmatic presence in the Hungarian target recipient countries. The project is an expression of Hungary to work strategically and systematically in the field of development assistance.
