Summary: John Macauley (Slovakia) is currently working as the Knowledge Management HIV/AIDS Analyst at the Centre. John was previously a Research Assistant working on issues related to HIV/AIDS and Human rights. He also has experience working with the Slovak office of the National Democratic Institute (NDI). He has worked as Programme Coordinator for NDI’s Women and Roma in Politics Programme. He has organized and co-trained at over 200 trainings for women, Roma and youth in the area of political participation, preparing them for parliamentary and communal elections in Slovakia. He has also worked as an International Observer and Polling Station Supervisor in Nigeria and Kosovo. He holds a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in European Integration.
