o Familiarize participants with UNDP’s approach to capacity development (CD), including the policy framework, capacity assessment (CA) methodology and CD response strategies
o Train Western Balkans Project consultants in the application of CA/CD approaches specifically how to undertake capacity assessments.
o Adapt Capacity Assessment methodology for utilization by Project consultants.
