Summary: Dan Dionisie (Romania) is Policy Specialist on Public Administration Reform and Anti-corruption at Bratislava Regional Centre. He previously worked as Head of the Governance Section (2001-2005) and Head of the Resident Coordinator Unit (1999-2001) with UNDP Romania, as foreign affairs expert for the Presidency of Romania (1997-99) and as a teaching assistant in political science at the University of Bucharest (1995-97). In recent years, Dan has been working on institutional capacity building in central administration, strategic policy making and coordination at the centre of government, civil service training, transparency in the public sector, early warning and conflict prevention. Dan holds degrees in political science (University of Bucharest), computer engineering (Bucharest Polytechnic University), and political sociology (Brussels Free University).
