Gender Assessment of Programme                                        
The following projects are under gender analysis now, viz.
  1. Support to Russia's Official and Civil Society Action against Corruption (ROCSAAC)
  2. Support to HIV and AIDS Prevention and Palliative Care Initiatives of Faith-Based Organizations in the Russian Federation
  3. Survey on the microfinance needs in two target republics of the North Caucuses ( Osetiya, Ingushetiya)
  4. Development of the consultancy service on agriculture issues in Ingushetiya.
  5. Development of the consultancy service on agriculture issues in Osetia
 
Gender Mainstreaming Training:

5)       North Caucasus Recovery and Reintegration
 
Set up of monitoring or accountability mechanisms  
An on-going monitoring system includes:
1)       a tracking system to ensure implementation of the gender approach in each programme/project within the CO;
2)       a questionnaire to obtain feedback from the CO staff on the quality and benefits of trainings and knowledge management products provided by the gender cluster and other stakeholders;
3)       final and narrative reports from the CO units involved and national experts contracted
 
Other activities (describe):
  1. Capacity development: gender training for the UNDP staff; knowledge based products referring to the UN Gender-Sensitive Programming, including tools and mechanisms for gender analysis at pre-investment stages of programme development and gender-sensitive programming.
  2. Mainstreaming gender in the core practices of the UNDP country programmes across service lines in all projects and programmes.
  3. Integrating a gender perspective in MDG, NHDR reporting, advocacy and implementation.
  4. Support to the RC system in integrating gender perspective
