DESCRIPTION: The project is aimed at elaboration of the new model of the socio-economic and legal protection of men and women employed in the informal sector of economy as the basis for preparation of the measures for the socio-economic policy in the Komi Republic and in the Russian Federation in general in order to protect discriminated categories of employees working in the informal sector of economy. The project will solve the following issues: 1. Organization and conduction of the research to reveal sectoral and regional problems of the personnel employed in the informal sector of economy. 2. Elaboration of the regional model of socio-economic and legal protection of the persons, employed in the informal sector of economy as the basis for preparation of the measures of socio-economic policy for the Komi Republic and the Russian Federation in general. As the result of the project the regional model of the socio-economic and legal protection of men and women employed in the informal sector of economy will be approbated with further dissemination in the other subjects of the Russian Federation. MAIN ACTIVITIES: - Organization and conduction of the research, focused on the analysis and ways of possible solution of the socio-labor issues of people, employed in the informal sector of economy.
- Development and conduction of the social experiment for incorporation of the regional model of the socio-economic and legal protection of men and women, employed in the informal sector of economy as the basis for elaboration of the socio-economic policy of the Komi Republic and in the Russian Federation, aimed at protection of the discriminated categories of people employed in the informal sector of economy.
