The objective of the Project is to support the development of gender policies in Georgia and Armenia, build capacity of women in decision-making positions in order to facilitate their active participation in political processes, and facilitate a dialogue on gender issues within political structures. In addition, the Project supports regional/South Caucasus cooperation, information sharing and strategy development on gender issues.

4.       Capacity and competence on gender equality in state structure
