1. Finalization of the UNDP Gender Mainstreaming Strategy.
2. Gender training integrated into all staff and management training programmes: gender mainstreaming is responsibility of all.
3 Analysis of Gender Mainstreaming initiatives of all UNDP programming interventions conducted.

The following programmes were analyzed:
1)       Poverty Reduction;
2)       Democratic Governance;
3)       HIV/AIDS;
4)       Peace and Conflicts;
5)       Environment.
Gender Mainstreaming Training:

General awareness and Ssbstance/programming focus:                                                               
Competence development on gender and development; sector-specific gender analysis, and familiarity in using gender analytical, planning and monitoring tools Gender aspects of poverty reduction. democratic governance, environment, peace and development, HIV/AIDS), internal policies (sexual harassment, work and life balance policies & etc).
           
Set up of monitoring or accountability mechanisms  
As a result of the TTF project the system of indicators for each programme and for CO will be developed. The job descriptions of the programme staff will be revised to increase the personal accountability for gender mainstreaming in the respective areas.
