GENERAL INFORMATION FINAL TRAINING REPORT AND GENDER MAINSTREAMING TOOLBOX FOR PRACTITIONERS TRAINING MATERIALS: OTHER BACKGROUND MATERIALS GM TOOLS AND MATERIALS FROM UNDP COUNTRY OFFICES COUNTRY OFFICE PRESENTATIONS DAY 1 The aim of the first day sessions was to create a group discussion about the Factors of Helping and Hindering Gender Mainstreaming. Gender is not a women issue and there should be new ways of communicating Gender Issues. 1.Roadmap to Gender Equality DAY 2 The second day's sessions were influenced by Country Office's presentation. The program was focusing on several topics as it is presented in the following: GM Strategy Development Process, Creating Enabling Organizational Process, Policy Frameworks, Programme Formulation, Programme Implementation and Working with Partners. 1.GM Strategy Development Process 2.Creating Enabling Organizational Environment 3.Policy Frameworks 4.Programme Formulation 5.Programme Implementation 6.Working With Partners DAY 3 The participants of the training were devided into 4 groups to develop 10 steps for Gender Mainstreaming.
