UNDP and Croatian government to focus on anti-violence and social inclusion

UNDP & and the Croatian government agreed to four more years of cooperation. The agreement will continue mutual anti-violence programmes in the country. Signing a memorandum of understanding, the UNDP and Croatia’s Ministry of Interior agreed to focus on social inclusion, community safety and peace programs.

Social inclusion programmes will advocate for greater societal roles for women, unemployed and the disabled. Community safety programmes will target armed violence and family violence, including victims support in accordance with Geneva declaratioin. The peace programmes will focus on establishing peace and trust in war affected areas.

  3. Witness and Victim Protection, with gender component
