Job Opportunities through Business Support (JOBS) Project, and more specifically through two of its components JOBS for Roma, and JOBS in Herbs, the project provides improvement of minority women's employability and promotion of their empowerment. Support to Producers of Herbs and Alternative Agricultural Products – HAAP component contributes to developing alternative jobs for women entrepreneurs in eight support centers JOBS for Roma established JOBS Business Centers in two large Roma communities in Burgas and Pazardjik and window offices called Employment and Business Development centers in the cities of Peshtera and Elhovo. Amongst beneficiaries Roma women receive training, business services, financial leases for micro and family start-up businesses. |
