The overall purpose is to assist the government of Turkmenistan in integrating trade policy conducive to sustainable economic growth and more rapid achievement of human development objectives and MDGs. This purpose will be achieved by producing a study on assessment of impact of trade on human development in Turkmenistan. The study will analyze the impact of trade on economic growth, people, accounting for gender, environment and regional dimensions. It is anticipated that the findings of the study will lead to concrete policy measures on integrating trade facilitation into national development framework. |
