Major activities

The project goal is to expand institutional capacity and political leadership by government and civil society partners focusing on AIDS program development, M&E and strategic information management.

Specific Objective 1:

To provide strategic support to key institutions to strengthen their capacities for political and technical  leadership


Specific Objective 2:

To strengthen institutional capacity of civil society organizations for M&E and organizational management


Specific Objective 3:

To strengthen the national M&E system to provide strategic information for improved decision making
