How-to Guide on Local Financing for Energy Efficiency

The purpose of this ‘How-to Guide’ is to help potential project developers understand energy efficiency financing, identify funding sources, and develop projects that can be co-financed by the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) or other investors. It is based on the hands-on experience and 'lessons learned' that the UNDP has accumulated over the past decade while implementing its GEF-funded climate change portfolio in Eastern Europe and the CIS.
