The National Liaison Officer supports the UNDP activities in Hungary. Summary: Klara Tothova is Environmental Officer with the Country Support Team, responsible for development and implementation of environmental projects in Central Europe. The portfolio primarily includes projects financed from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF). Prior to joining UNDP Klara worked at the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, where she was involved in the development and enforcement of environmental regulations. She has extensive experience in planning, preparation, implementation and monitoring of internationally-funded development projects, mainly in Slovakia, Czech republic and Hungary.
