Ms. Keti Chachibaia

Summary: Keti Chachibaia holds MA in Environment and Development Policy and has eight years of professional working experience in the field of environment. She has studied at the University of Sussex, UK and the University of California, Berkeley, USA. She has worked for EU technical assistance programme (TACIS) for Environmental Awareness for three years as a national expert and later as a regional coordinator for the South Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia). She then joined UNDP country office in Tbilisi, Georgia and worked as the environmental progreamme analyst for three years. Since 2003 she has been working for the UNDP/GEF Regional team for Europe and CIS as a coordinator for capacity development and adaptation portfolio. She is a member of the Balaton Group, the international network of environmental professionals.



Mr. Geordie Colville

Summary: Geordie Colville is Regional Technical Advisor for Climate Change and Energy at Bratislava Regional Centre. He advises country offices in the development and implementation of a portfolio of GEF-funded renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable transport projects. Geordie holds a Master's degree in Environmental Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Environment Management and a UK industry qualification as a Forest Manager.



Ms. Anna Kaplina

Summary: Anna Kaplina is Programme Associate for Energy and Environment Practice. Key responsibilities include assisting the Energy and Environment Practice to identify and develop new climate change project ideas on carbon finance and for funding by the GEF.



Ms. Nadezda Liscakova

Summary: Nadezda Liscakova is a Programme Assistant for GEF Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) in Bratislava, a part of Energy and Environment Practice. She supports managing GEF portfolio by assisting to Regional Technical Advisors in developing and managing projects, with focus on financial issues, advising COs on project cycle procedures, GEF rules and requirements,enhancing processes within the GEF project cycle. She is with UNDP-GEF since 2001.



Ms. Marina Olshanskaya

Summary: Marina Olshanskaya is Regional Technical Specialist for Climate Change for the Energy and Environment Practice at Bratislava Regional Centre. Marina is a Portfolio Manager for UNDP-GEF and MDG Carbon Finance projects in Eastern Europe and CIS. The focus of the portfolio is on building energy efficiency, promotion of renewable energy and sustainable transport. She holds MSc in Economics from Moscow State University, MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Central European University and is PhD Candidate with both, Moscow and Central European University.
