Marina Olshanskaya
UNDP Bratislava Regional Centre Summary: Marina Olshanskaya is Regional Technical Specialist for Climate Change for the Energy and Environment Practice at Bratislava Regional Centre. She is a Manager of Regional Kyoto Protocol capacity building programme in Eastern Europe and CIS. She also advises country offices in the development and implementation of national carbon finance capacity development initiatives, as well as GEF-funded projects in the area of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Marina holds MSc in Economics from Moscow State University and MSc in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Central European University.
